Thin walls impacted our stay. The clean rooms and great rooftop views impressed us.

The staff are very amiable and genuinely helpful, managed the parking nearby. The units are beautifully decorated, brand-new with a proper bathroom. There is a plenty of supplies like : a mini fridge bar, an individual safe, and iron and ironing board.

Hotel was comfortable with friendly staff.

My room was unbearably small and cramped. The walls were thin, especially with the noise from outside. I often heard conversations and coughing from my neighbors late at night, which disturbed my rest.

In general, the hotel was clean. The most important was the staff - exceptionally nice and affable people. The location was incredible, next to Santa Catalina Arch. Visited few places in the center, within walking distance of the venue...

The room was cheap and offered with the bathroom and the chairs outside, as for instance. The staff were amazingly nice and exceptional and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge

Las Camelias offers a lovely stay with a cute atmosphere. The staff, especially at the front desk, provided invaluable assistance, helping me book transportation to Lake Atitlan. The complimentary coffee and filtered water were nice touches, given the local drinking water situation. My room featured a spacious shower, a highlight. The patio presented fine views of the surrounding volcanos. The Wi-Fi connection was spotty was great. The walls are thin, so some outside noise was an issue but not too distracting. Despite these minor inconveniences, I appreciated the hotel's charm and its lush greenery. I would definitely recommend this hotel for budget travelers seeking comfort without sacrificing quality.

It is a lovely hotel with beautiful tropical garden areas to relax and cold drinks available for purchase.

Consider staying in the newly renovated wing for the most comfortable experience and quieter atmosphere.

Awesome place with amenities like free wi-fi, a snack bar, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped with late check-out, which I appreciated. I recommend it for a cozy visit, and I'm coming back for a city trip!

Had a blast with my friends at this spot! The central location made it easy to explore the local markets and enjoy the amazing views. Loved the friendly staff and the convenience of having filtered water and coffee available throughout the day. Definitely check out the rooftop view of the volcanoes!

One downside was the spotty wifi connection in the room. This made it a bit tricky to plan our next adventures while we were there.

Very nice space, comfortable room with a lovely large shower, and a beautiful terrace offering fine views of the volcanoes, making it a perfect spot for relaxation after a day exploring.

Nothing it was perfect

The terrace had stunning views of the volcanos, and I loved the free coffee and tea. The bathroom was quite small, but everything else was immaculately clean and well-maintained.

I booked a queen room which was great, the food was local with many options, centrally located near a Roman Catholic church, and had an elegant atmosphere.

Recently renovated, affordable, and equipped with a decent bathroom. 🚽
